When will I get my order?

Most orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days or less. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take 10-14 business days. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking information.

We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take 10-14 business days.


What is your return policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days. We ask that the items be unused and unwashed. To process a return, email us at We will email you a free prepaid return shipping label. Repackage the returned items along with the packing slip in either the original shipping box or packaging of your choice (make sure there are no other labels on it), and apply the shipping label. When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know it has been processed.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

When will an item be back in stock?

We restock our inventory frequently. Please check the “notify me” box on the product page of the item you are looking for to get an email notification when it becomes available.


Yes, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number with the estimated day of delivery. If you do not receive this email right away please check your spam mailbox as they often get marked as junkmail.


Each BuddyBagz is 25″ width by 62″ length. We make each BuddyBagz with a plush and cotton blend of material.
